BBQ Heaven, a place for grillers, and bbq-ers
I'm taking my first attempt at smoking a brisket this Sunday, along with a couple racks of spare ribs. I've done the ribs before using the 3-2-1 method from the Barbecue Bible (That Steven Raichlen’s technique), and they turned out really well, and tasted GREAT.|
I was walking through BJ's a month ago and picked up a copy of The Barbecue Bible, so I'm going to go with the recipes from there, as well as some smoked baked beans, and their sauces (I'm going to do the basic bbq sauce, as well as their North Carolina vinegar sauce, and combine the two for the brisket).
I love smoking days, even though by the time it's done, I almost (almost) don't want to eat it.
